Warner Planning are pleased to have achieved planning permission from The London Borough of Harrow Council to extend this locally listed property situated in Nugents Park, Harrow. The concerns of the Conservation Officer were overcome through positive engagement with the Council and the size and scale of the proposed extensions and external alterations were deemed to be modest and proportionate to the host property; while the design was viewed as sensitive and sympathetic to the locally listed building without ridding it of any of its original architectural features.
