Affordable Housing – Discharge of Conditions

These four sites had previously received full permission for the demolition of existing garages and the delivery of affordable residential dwellings with a mixture of house types to meet the needs of the local communities. 

Warner Planning were instructed to submit the Discharge of Conditions applications for all four sites simultaneously in order to allow work to begin and ensure the delivery of the much needed affordable housing provision.  

We liaised with all of the relevant consultants to ensure all of the required information required was submitted to the councils and have successfully discharged all conditions to date.
