Ineos Dealership Advertising, Chiswick

Following a refused application for the installation of three facia signs on this commercial building located in a locally significant Industrial History Site in Chiswick, West London, Warner Planning submitted an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate.

The Inspector allowed the appeal on the grounds that the signs were an acceptable addition to the recently altered and extended building Ineos Dealership, Chiswick and that there would be no reduction of amenity for users of the property. They judged the signs to be in-keeping with the varied character of advertising in the locality and will not cause any harm to the Industrial History Site or the amenity of the area.
